I specialise in supporting people who are trying to find their footing again after a breaking point. My role is to offer a safe, steady space where you can slow down, understand what’s happening inside you, and begin to see how the pieces of your life fit together.
If you’re ready to begin a journey of self‑discovery, I will walk alongside you. Counselling offers a space to explore what you truly want and need, to understand the patterns shaping your life, and to reconnect with your sense of self.
Working together

I am an integrative therapist with certificates in Trauma‑Informed Care and DBT foundational skills. Over the past 10 years, I have worked alongside NHS agencies, giving me insight into both clinical pathways and the importance of personalised support.
My approach is grounded in the belief that DBT skills and trauma‑informed practice can benefit many people—but they must be adapted to your unique circumstances, not applied as a one‑size‑fits‑all “fix.”
I believe we all have inner resources to work through difficulties, though sometimes they feel out of reach. As your therapist, I will help you uncover those strengths and use them to move forward.
I offer a free 20-minute consultation session so you can see whether counselling feels right for you. Sessions are usually weekly and take place online, with the option of working from my home practice once the necessary assessment has been completed.
